General Questions

Do you have a drop off location?
We are a mobile service only. 

Am I out of your service area?
We service the entire OKC area. This includes Moore and Norman. However, any locations outside of Norman and Moore will result in a $50.00 distance fee. We apply this fee manually after you book your appointment. The furthest we will travel is 30 miles from Norman. We currently do not service any areas outside of the 30 mile limit.

Do I need to provide anything?
We are fully self contained! 

Scheduled appointments

Can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel however, our policy is if you cancel with more than a 48 hour notice, we load the full dollar amount onto a gift card. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours, then the full amount booked is our cancellation fee and is nonrefundable. 

Can I reschedule?
You may reschedule once per appointment. Rescheduling twice results in a cancellation. See above for our cancellation policy or view our Terms and Conditions for the in depth policies for reschedules and cancellations. 

Inclement weather
If there is inclement weather the day of your detail, we will call you and get you rescheduled. We don’t offer any cancellations or reschedules based on the chance of inclement weather. 

Payments

Why is it required for a credit/debit card to be on file?
Having a payment method on file helps prevent cancellations and/or no shows. 

Can I pay cash?
Yes, you can pay cash. We will issue a refund to your credit/debit card. However, the transaction processing fee won’t be refunded. This is a transaction fee our booking software charges us, which is 2.75% + $0.25.

I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit/debit card info over the phone. What do I do?

We do require a card on file. We don’t want you to feel uncomfortable. We would recommend you click “Book my Appointment” in the top corner of this page. It will have you fill everything out without having to read your 16-digit card number over the phone.

Can I pay with a check?
We do not accept checks. 

Detailing Packages

Will I be charged more for my vehicle being extra dirty?
Yes, you can be charged more if your vehicle requires more work and or time to complete. For example, if there is an excessive amount of dog hair, bugs, stains or vomit, that would result in us charging more. If you’re unsure of what detailing package to choose, give us a call at (572) 522 7777. We will do our best to give you as close to an estimate as possible. 

How long will it take to have my vehicle detailed?
It depends on the package you book and the size your vehicle. When you select your package and vehicle type, it will have the time frame it should take to complete under all the included options.

Do you clean seatbelts?
We do not clean seatbelts. The reason for this is because when seatbelts get dirty or stained, they need to be scrubbed or steam cleaned. This can result in weakening the fabric of the belt which makes its ability to break easier. There is also a fire resistant chemical coating which would get removed during the cleaning process. We would rather not touch them and keep you safe inside your car.

Is trash removal included
For all our packages, it is not included. It does cost extra depending on the amount of trash that needs to be removed. If it’s only an item or two, don’t worry about it!

Why do you not remove car seats or children’s car seats?
Our insurance does not allow us to remove them or put them back in. 

How it Works

Mobile detailing means just that, we’re mobile! There’s no need to find directions, drop your car off at a shop, or sit in a waiting room, we come to you at your location!

Unfortunately not, since we’re completely mobile, that means we don’t have a customer-facing shop. We also don’t have any room to detail cars at our garages.

A car wash, or even many “Quick Detail” shops, are focused on volume and speed. They run your car through an automated wash station with either an air or towel dry at the end. Quick detail shops may offer to vacuum or wipe down your interior as well, but they’re not focused on nooks and crevices and use inferior chemicals. There are many factors to consider here, but speed mixed with inexperienced employees can often lead to damage and missed spots.
At Infinite Detailing, we’re not focused on speed and volume, but more on making sure you’re satisfied. We only schedule four to six cars per day. Each car we detail is hand washed, with a formula guaranteed not to scratch or swirl your paint, and the interior is not quickly wiped down, but properly cleaned and protected. Our goal is to get your car as close to new as we can!

Absolutely! Approximately a quarter of our customers are on our maintenance schedule. This means that you don’t have to schedule an appointment every month, we already have your spot down and reserved! When you check out, just select how often you’d like us to come out.

The only thing that we ask is that you remove your personal items so we can get started immediately. When we have to remove your belongings for you, it limits the time we can spend cleaning your car.
As far as a water or electric hookup, we have everything we need on board!

Pricing

“Detail” means a lot of different things to a lot of people. Our prices range from about $100.00 to $300.00, depending on your exact car and what you would like completed.

Nope! It’s all included in the pricing listed under Packages!

It all depends on the vehicle and how long it takes to complete. If you’re vehicle takes a bit longer or requires extra services, your final price can go up. The good news is that your service rep will let you know what to expect before we even start detailing your car!

“Standard” size vehicles include everything up to a small SUV or a truck with a 1500-pound towing capacity (F-150, Ram 1500…). “XL” vehicles are SUVs that have third-row seating or trucks with a 2500-pound towing capacity (F-250, Ram 2500…).

Reschedules and Cancellations

Life happens we get it! Just gives us a call at 405-568-2025 to reschedule. There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment.

There is a $50 charge for canceling if it’s within 24 hours of your appointment date. However, if we are already headed to make your appointment or you wish to cancel once we arrive, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled detail as we cannot re-book that time slot.

If the weather is going to prevent us from detailing your car, we will call you as soon as possible and go over your options.

Boats

Unfortunately we require all boats to be on a trailer with ample room to move around it.

We are not setup to move or relocate boats for detailing purposes. If you would like your boat detailed, it needs to be on a trailer, parked, with plenty of room for us to work around it.
