HOW TO KEEP YOUR BOAT

LOOKING LIKE NEW
WITH MOBILE DETAILING

Avid anglers, jet skiers, or sailors know the enrichment a boat brings to life.
However, after only a few outings, watercraft can lose their shine.
Protecting your boat against a harsh environment is critical
to maintaining value.

We listen to your wants and needs

Giving your boat the cleaning it deserves takes time; whether you are taking the boat out of storage, putting it away for the winter, or doing a mid-season clean-up, we have the tools and chemicals to clean your craft thoroughly.

Our technicians are highly trained to treat your craft as our own. We listen to your wants and needs to ensure the boat is detailed to a high standard.

Infinite Detailing begins with an exterior cleaning using our formulated soaps. After a good rinsing to loosen dirt and grime, technicians begin the tedious process of scrubbing down the exterior, cleaning only small areas at a time to keep the surface from streaking. To remove heavy water line stains, we use cleaning soaps to aggressively clean algae and scum. If there are rubber marks from the dock, technicians use small amounts of acetone to ensure they are removed.

As an added service, we can scrub the exterior in preparation for a wax.
We polish chrome parts to a sparking shine.

After a season of great fishing, surfing, and summer fun, floors can become a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Infinite Detailing techs spend as much time as necessary on the floors, as these are usually the dirtiest areas on a boat. Depending on the material of your floors, we may use a stiff brush to clean it thoroughly. The boat should be close to a water hose if possible.

We use a premium caranauba wax formulated explicitly for watercraft.

We recommend waxing the boat
every three to four months.

Waxing improves the shine and makes it easier to clean. Infinite Detailing can provide a special sealant to fill in the pores of the gel coat; ask our technician assigned to your craft. We use a premium caranauba wax formulated explicitly for watercraft.

UV rays damage the sealant and paint of your boat, and if left unchecked; the gel coat will become dull and chalky. Over time, exposure to UV rays, water pollution, and salt corrosion fades and discolors the gel coat. Repairing the damage means scheduling a detail with a wax.

Let Infinite Detailing keep up with your waxing, and the sun’s UV rays will not be an issue. We recommend quality carnauba wax and a synthetic polymer seal.

Dashboards and electronic equipment are handled with extreme care; because of the delicate electronics. We use marine solutions designed to clean electronic areas safely.

Delicate upholstery can become a sore spot on any boat. Sun, salt, and hard use can damage soft surfaces.  After a thorough inspection, our techs can provide an answer to problem areas of your upholstery, depending on the type of material.

Teak decks are beautiful but need special care to keep their appearance. Teak is naturally fungal resistant, and your deck doesn’t need a slippery sealant or wax. We can suggest several cleaning techniques to keep the decking looking its best, depending on age and condition. We never use harsh pressure cleaners or brushing on the interior, which can permanently damage the teak. Harsh pressure cleaners can blast away wood fibers. Our trained technicians will use dedicated teak cleaning solutions.
