Terms & Conditions

Agreeing to these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinite Detailing, LLC (“Infinite Detailing”, “we”, “our”, “its” or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before agreeing to them. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby acknowledge and agree as follows;

INTRODUCTION

Infinite Detailing seeks to provide the best mobile detailing experience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and explain the policy of our business criteria. The policies listed below will inform you in explaining the extent of our auto detailing services.

Section 1 – Appointments 

1:1 Your appointment shall be paid for the same day it’s submitted and unless expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions, all payments are nonrefundable. (See Sections 3:6 & 3:7, below).

1:2 An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled vehicle. Bookings with multiple vehicles shall be counted as multiple appointments. Upon Infinite Detailing receiving your booking, Infinite Detailing will notify you via email with your booking details. If you do not receive an email or we have not contacted you directly, please reach out to us at our business phone number, (572)-522-7777.

1:3 Infinite Detailing will provide you courtesy reminders regarding your appointment via email and text message 1 day prior and 3 days prior to your appointment.

1:4 You affirm all of your appointment information you have entered and selected is correct. You must inform Infinite Detailing of any information you need to change regarding your appointment. This includes but is not limited to, change of your special instructions, service address, email address, phone number, the day and time, and/or change of the vehicle(s) make and model. Once your appointment is submitted, the only change which cannot be requested is to select a less expensive detailing package and/or add-ons. Any changes you request must follow our cancellation & reschedule policy. (See Section 3, below).

1:5 You understand when booking an appointment, each of our detailing packages and add-ons have a set time limit (which may be viewed on our website, www.InfiniteDetailing.com). This time limit is a rough estimate of how long the services should take to complete. In some instances, your vehicle may take less time to complete than what is listed. You acknowledge the listed time limit shall be the maximum amount of time Infinite Detailing will spend on your vehicle, unless the services listed take less time to complete. The listed time for your services starts once Infinite Detailing arrives at the scheduled location. (e.g. your vehicle has heavy stains in the seats which need to be cleaned multiple times, which will take more time for that specific area than what we plan for). You affirm have carefully reviewed all of the information on Infinite Detailing’s website and you understand all the times listed for each individual package and add-on and selected the appropriate package and frequency.

1:6 If you are not present once Infinite Detailing arrives for the scheduled appointment, there will be a ten (10) minute grace period for you to arrive at the scheduled location. If you have not arrived prior to the expiration of the grace period, you will be deemed a ”no-show” and a late cancellation fee will apply.

1:7 If you prefer to bring your vehicle to our garage location, you may do so however, there is no waiting area for you and arrival times are only for Infinite Detailing’s arrival and not yours. You are required to be at our garage location at the earliest time listed. (e.g. Your appointment has an arrival time between 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., you must arrive at 2:00 p.m.). If we are running behind schedule, we will inform you as soon as practicable.

1:8 Infinite Detailing’s estimated time of arrival for its mobile services may depend on the weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, our goal is to arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible, but you realize that sometimes situations arise that are beyond our control. We will contact you directly should we be running late or ahead of schedule. If we are running late, we will provide you the option to reschedule at no additional cost to you upon your request.

1:9 It is solely your responsibility to inform us of any possible difficulties with finding the service location via GPS and you assume all responsibility regarding any GPS difficulties we come across when trying to get to the service location. It is a requirement for you to notify us of any possible GPS difficulties prior to us heading to the service location. The GPS system we use, will not be able to pinpoint the exact service location in some instances. This includes but is not limited to, addresses which are no older than one (1) year. If we run behind because the GPS cannot locate the service address for any reason, your appointment shall be cancelled and you shall be charged the late cancellation fee.

1:10 Infinite Detailing requires you to look over your vehicle(s) once your appointment is complete. Any complaints regarding the adequacy of the detailing services performed by Infinite Detailing must be made prior to the time you or Infinite Detailing leaves the location of your appointment. There will be a five (5) minute grace period for you to look over your vehicle(s) after your service has been completed. Infinite Detailing shall not be responsible for any complaints if you fail to meet this requirement. Infinite Detailing shall not be responsible for any debris or dirt accumulation, on or in your vehicle, which happens either during or after your appointment is complete. We are not responsible for any third-party person(s) who cause any debris or dirt accumulation, on or in your vehicle, which happens either during or after your appointment is complete. This includes but is not limited to, any grass clippings, leaves and garden debris.

1:11  An Infinite Detailing complete appointment is hereby defined as Infinite Detailing completing all the services listed in your package OR Infinite Detailing spending the maximum amount of time listed for your package. Whichever takes less time, shall be how Infinite Detailing defines your appointment being completed.

1:12 If you have made an appointment for someone else, using your credit or debit card, then you are solely responsible for communicating these Terms and Conditions to them. If they fail to follow these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge you will be charged according to these Terms and Conditions.

1:13 Infinite Detailing will have you sign off on your appointment being completed via iPhone or iPad once your detail has been completed. If you made an appointment for someone else, either as a gift or on their behalf, then their signature shall suffice. If you or the person(s) you made an appointment for refuse to sign or are not available to sign, you acknowledge will still be held to these Terms and Conditions.

Section 2 – Payment

2:1 You understand once you submit a credit or debit card payment, all of your information will be saved to file for further transactions. Infinite Detailing will charge your payment method for the full dollar amount prior to your appointment. Infinite Detailing accepts payment via gift cards purchased from www.InfiniteDetailing.com, debit and credit cards.

2:2 If your primary payment method cannot be charged for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), you hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to attempt to charge your other eligible payment methods in order from top to bottom as they appear on your account settings page. If we cannot charge you, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we may attempt to charge you again until the payment is complete or request that you provide another payment method.

Section 3 – Reschedules, Cancellations, Fees & Inclement Weather

3:1 Infinite Detailing in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service, alter or cancel an appointment for any reason at any time. In the event we have to cancel your appointment due to our own faults and/or reasons, then we will issue you an Infinite Detailing gift card for your appointment’s full dollar amount. This gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your appointment. Infinite Detailing will exercise best efforts to advise you as soon as practicable if your appointment must be altered or cancelled for any reason.

Reschedules and Cancellations

3:2 Infinite Detailing’s reschedule and cancellation policy is different for non-committed customers and committed customers, defined below.

 

  • A non-committed customer is hereby defined as any person or company who HAVE NOT ENROLLED into the 6- or 12-month commitment Subscription Plan.

 

  • A committed customer is hereby defined as any person or company who HAVE ENROLLED into the 6- or 12-month commitment Subscription Plan.

Reschedule policy for BOTH non-committed and committed customers.

3:3 A reschedule is hereby defined as requesting to change ANY information regarding your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice. Infinite Detailing requires you to provide at least a 48-hour notice to make any changes to your appointment.

3:4 Only one (1) reschedule is allowed per appointment with more than a 48-hour notice. You are required to provide Infinite Detailing with a new reschedule date no less than 24-hours after you have requested a reschedule.

3:5 Your new rescheduled appointment cannot be more than ten (10) days after your original appointment date.

Cancellation policy for ONLY NON-COMMITTED customers.

3:6 Infinite Detailing’s late cancellation fee for non-committed customers is hereby defined as an appointment cancelled for any reason at any time and is equal to your appointment’s full dollar amount. This fee shall apply if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions and is nonrefundable. You shall be charged as if you were providing less than a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

 

  • If you provide more than a 48-hour notice to cancel your appointment, this shall result in a late cancellation. The late cancellation fee shall be refunded onto an Infinite Detailing gift card. This gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your appointment.

 

  • If you provide less than a 48-hour notice to cancel your appointment, this shall result in a late cancellation. The late cancellation fee shall be nonrefundable and the Infinite Detailing gift card option will not apply.

Cancellation policy for ONLY COMMITTED customers

3:7 Infinite Detailing’s late cancellation fee for committed customers is hereby defined as cancelling one (1) or more appointments for any reason at any time. Each appointment that is cancelled shall be paid for in full. This fee shall apply if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions and is nonrefundable.

Fees

3:8 Our subscription fee varies and is for our subscribers. See Section 10, below, for Subscription Plan. 

3:9 Our priority service fee, (as defined below), will result in a $200.00 fee added to your appointment total for personal vehicles. For company vehicles, this fee is calculated to be at 2.5 times your appointment total. This fee shall not add any time onto your package and/or add-ons. You must communicate to Infinite Detailing that you want to make a priority service request, as this option will not be available on the final booking page. This fee will be charged by an Infinite Detailing representative and will not be visible on your booking summary or your booking email notifications.

 

  • “Priority Service” is hereby defined as requesting us to perform our services to you on a day we are closed, requesting we provide our services with less than a 24-hour notice for the service to be performed or requesting our services to be performed before our opening time (8:00 a.m.) or after our closing time (6:00 p.m.). If your appointment stretches into our closing time, this fee shall apply.

3:10 The maximum distance we travel for our mobile services is 30 miles. Our distance fee is calculated to be at $50.00. This fee is for locations 30 miles away from our headquarters and any locations outside of Norman and Moore. In case you need to calculate how far you are from our location, our headquarters is at 3700 W Tecumseh RD, Norman OK, 73072. This fee shall be charged manually by an Infinite Detailing representative after you submit your booking and will not be visible on your booking summary or your booking email notifications. This fee shall not add any time onto your package and/or add-ons.

3:11 The release or threat of release of hazardous materials shall incur a hazardous fee which can vary depending on severity. The removal of any hazardous materials are not included in any of our detailing packages and will be subject to an additional fee upon arrival. This fee shall be reasonably calculated by Infinite Detailing. Infinite Detailing reserves the right to alter or cancel your appointment, and charge you according to these Terms and Conditions, if the presence of hazardous materials which are in and/or on your vehicle(s) or are on the property where the scheduled appointment is are not disclosed prior to your appointment.

 

  • “Hazardous Materials” means any material, chemical, substance, waste, pollutant, containment, compound, mixture, or constituent thereof, in any form or amount, including petroleum (Including crude oil or any fraction thereof) and petroleum products, natural gas liquids, asbestos and asbestos containing materials, naturally occurring radioactive materials, brine, and drilling mud, regulated or which can give rise to liability under any Environmental Law.

 

  • “Release” means any spilling, leaking, seepage, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, disposing, depositing, dispersing, or migrating in, around, onto or through the environment, or in, around, onto or through any motorized asset.

3:12 Our trash removal fee and pet hair fee can vary depending on severity. These are not included in any of our detailing packages and will be subject to an additional fee upon arrival. This fee shall be reasonably calculated by Infinite Detailing. You may select these fees manually yourself under the “Select Add-Ons” step when your booking your appointment. Infinite Detailing reserves the right to alter or cancel your appointment if the presence of any of trash and/or pet hair is in the vehicle(s) upon arrival.

3:13 Cancellation and priority service fees shall be applied on a per vehicle basis. Appointments for multiple vehicles will be subject to these fees’ multiple times.

Inclement Weather

3:14 If inclement weather will not permit Infinite Detailing to properly detail your vehicle on the scheduled day, Infinite Detailing will reach out to you and reschedule the appointment or if you wish, a gift card can be issued for you to use at a later date of your choosing. Inclement weather means the existence of rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether they be those of hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, extreme high temperature for the locality concerned, or the like, or any combination thereof) by virtue of which it is either not reasonable or not safe for Infinite Detailing’s owners, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns exposed thereto to continue working whilst the same prevail.

 

  • Infinite Detailing will be the sole determiner of weather safety and if your appointment should be rescheduled.

 

  • Infinite Detailing will NOT allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment on the “possibility” of inclement weather (e.g. If it is cloudy and might rain in the next few days).

 

  • Infinite Detailing will NOT be responsible for redoing your vehicle if inclement weather arises after your appointment is complete. You will not be entitled to any compensation from Infinite Detailing if inclement weather arises after your appointment is complete.

 

  • If inclement weather arises during your appointment and Infinite Detailing deems the weather unsafe to continue, Infinite Detailing will reschedule your appointment to finish any services and/or time which were not completed on the original scheduled day. Any time and/or services already completed shall not be redone on the new rescheduled day. (e.g. If it starts raining during your appointment after we washed your vehicle, then we will not wash your vehicle again on the rescheduled day).

Section 4 – Automated Messages & Technical Difficulties

4:1 By submitting a booking, you electronically agree to accept and receive communications from Infinite Detailing via email and text message to the telephone number(s) and/or email addresses you provide to Infinite Detailing. You may also receive communications generated by automatic telephone dialing systems and/or which will deliver prerecorded messages sent by or on behalf of Infinite Detailing, including but not limited to communications concerning your appointment.

4:2 Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and/or other information regarding your service. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials and other marketing offers.

4:3 If you do not wish to receive any automated communications from Infinite Detailing, you may unsubscribe from them at any time. To stop receiving SMS/text messages, text “Stop” from the mobile device receiving the messages. For emails, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the message. If you created an account online, you may go to your account notifications settings page and change your notification preferences. To begin receiving these messages again, text “Start” from the mobile device receiving the messages.

4:4 We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the service at any time and will notify you of these changes as soon as practicable. You acknowledge that any messages you send or phone calls you make to our automated short code and/or telephone number, will not be received by Infinite Detailing. We will not be responsible for honoring requests you send to the automated number.

4:5 You’re responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

4:6 Unsubscribing from or not responding to any of Infinite Detailing’s communications does not release your responsibility from your appointment and you will be charged according to these Terms and Conditions if you choose not to receive any communications from us.

4:7 Technical difficulties do not result in a waiver of your responsibility to your appointment. In the event there are any technical difficulties, whether they happen on Infinite Detailing’s end or your end, you will be charged according to these Terms and Conditions.

Section 5 – Gift Cards

5:1 Gift cards are held to these full Terms and Conditions. Any gift cards issued in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall expire after sixty (60) months. Infinite Detailing gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, either prior or subsequent to redemption, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Infinite Detailing gift cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and cannot be transferred or resold to anyone. Any gift card that has been transferred or resold is subject to invalidation at Infinite Detailing’s sole discretion.

Section 6 – Vehicle Expectations 

6:1 Infinite Detailing requires you to ensure the following vehicle expectations are adhered to. If any of the requirements listed in Section 6 ‘Vehicle Expectations’ are not met, we will charge you consistent with these Terms and Conditions.

6:2 You shall be responsible for removing all trash, personal belongings, money, firearms and/or any other personal items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee which shall be reasonably calculated by Infinite Detailing based on the condition of your vehicle at the time of your appointment.

6:3 If personal items have not been removed from your vehicles center armrest storage. glove compartment, or other areas of your vehicle, those areas will not be serviced by Infinite Detailing.

6:4 Due to child safety, Infinite Detailing will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle, Infinite Detailing will exercise best efforts to work around it.

6:5 We also will not remove or install any custom or aftermarket equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like your vehicle thoroughly cleaned, please have them removed prior to your scheduled appointment.

6:6 Infinite Detailing may ask for possession of the keys to your vehicle prior to beginning services on your vehicle. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to move/relocate your vehicle during the service if deemed necessary by Infinite Detailing’s onsite representative.

6:7 Prior to Infinite Detailing performing services on your vehicle, you will advise us of any issues with your vehicle (be they in nature cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or otherwise) that may prevent us from completing the detail. Such issues include, but are not limited to, low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows don’t roll down, etc.

6:8 Prior to Infinite Detailing performing services on your vehicle, you will advise us any areas which will be easy to miss or not noticeable. While we do detail vehicles daily, we won’t know every spot that is accessible due to each vehicle being different. You must show us these areas to ensure they are cleaned. This includes but is not limited to, any compartments which open and/or any type of buttons which open a certain area.

Section 7 – Pricing

7:1 Our pricing on our website is subject to change upon you booking an appointment. We reserve the right to change the price of an appointment at any time if we feel the vehicle does not qualify for the requested service. We reserve the right to charge each appointment according to the scheduled appointments zip code location (distance fee), the vehicle condition, size, the material it is made out of and by appointment priority (priority service fee). By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you understand how your final cost is calculated and how said factors may apply to your appointment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you affirm you have carefully reviewed all of the information on Infinite Detailing’s website and selected the appropriate package.

7:2 We offer multiple frequency options with all of our packages. These frequencies are one time, every week, bi weekly, every 3 weeks and every 4 weeks. At the time of booking your appointment, you will have the option of selecting the frequency you would like to have. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you affirm you have carefully reviewed all of the information on Infinite Detailing’s website and selected the appropriate frequency and you acknowledge your payment method will be charged at the frequency you have selected. (See Section 10, below, for Subscription Plan).

7:3 Certain services are not included in any of our packages and instead, have to be added on to the appointment. Infinite Detailing in its sole discretion, reserves the right to impose additional charges for these services. This includes but is not limited to, heavy stains, pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required). Any such additional charges shall be reasonably calculated by Infinite Detailing based on the amount of additional time and effort required to address these conditions. This provision does not require Infinite Detailing to completely address these conditions and Infinite Detailing reserves the right to end your appointment before or after the scheduled end time elapses. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you affirm you have carefully reviewed all of the information available on Infinite Detailing’s website and selected the appropriate add-ons.

Section 8 – Services          

8:1 Infinite Detailing provides detailing and cleaning services, not repair services (including, but not limited to mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, cosmetic repairs, dent repair, headlight restoration, oxidation removal, bugs removed from the clear coat, etc.).

8:2 Our goal is to transform your vehicle’s condition and make it look better than it previously did. Therefore, we do not warrant or guarantee any of our services can restore your vehicle or any of your vehicle’s accessories, including but not limited to, floor mats, to any specific condition (e.g. “Show Room New”). Some areas are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced. Results vary based on condition, time spent and/or the material your vehicle is made out of.

8:3 We do not warrant or guarantee that we will be able to remove all stains or odors from your vehicle but will exercise best efforts to do so. Be aware that some materials are beyond cleaning and may not completely clean up as expected. Some stains are permanent or have been damaged beyond what our detailing service can provide. We may consult with you about what can and cannot be done in regard to your vehicle’s condition.

8:4 We do not warrant or guarantee that we will be able to remove all pet hair, sand, or other particularly resistant materials from your vehicle. Our goal is to remove 85% of particularly resistant materials from your vehicle. This percentage is not exact or guaranteed and is a rough estimate of what we aim for. Final results will vary based on the condition your vehicle is in and the material it is made out of. 

8:5 After we finish shampooing your upholstery, you understand to prevent mold from forming is to keep the carpet very dry. The areas cleaned should be well-ventilated, with low humidity. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to hold Infinite Detailing responsible for the accumulation of mold in your vehicle that may arise if you fail to maintain your vehicle in accordance with this provision.

8:6 When washing a vehicle in the sun, water marks and/or spots can pop up on the vehicles paint and/or windows due to the combination of extreme heat and the color of your vehicle(s). If you have a darker colored vehicle, it is strongly advised you book your appointment for early in the morning if it’s going to be 75 degrees or above. Infinite Detailing does not warrant that your vehicle will be clear of water marks and/or spots which may arise after your vehicle has been washed, but will exercise best efforts to prevent the appearance of such.

8:7 When we wash your vehicle in the winter at 32 degrees or below, it is highly recommended you keep it in the garage, the night before your appointment, and let Infinite Detailing wash and dry it in your garage. This is due to the water freezing on your vehicle and the frozen water can damage your paint when wiped off. Infinite Detailing shall not be responsible for any damages which occur from frozen water on your vehicle if you fail to follow the instructions in this provision.

8:8 Infinite Detailing shall not be responsible for any damage due to heavily soiled or stained interior components, including but not limited to, the steering wheel, dash buttons, steering column buttons and knobs, headliner, suede, faux leather or other synthetic materials etc. Such areas may be too sensitive to clean and/or be caked with so much dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning them may result in these interior components to lose their markings and/or cause the material to be faded. Infinite Detailing, in its sole discretion, may elect not to attempt to clean certain areas due to the risk of damage. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to hold harmless Infinite Detailing for any such damage that may occur during its performance of services.

8:9 Infinite Detailing will not remove any of the driver or passenger seats or clean any seatbelts. Seatbelts have a protective fire resistance coating on them which gets removed during the cleaning process. This can also weaken the seatbelt and can make it more likely to break during an automobile accident.

8:10 Infinite Detailing, in its sole discretion, may elect not to attempt to remove bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar from your vehicle’s paintwork unless specifically requested by you. However, if you make such a request, you do so after hereby acknowledging that such materials will chemically etch into your vehicle’s paintwork if left for a period of time. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork which will need additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without comprising the clear-coat. Once the mark is behind the clear coat, there is nothing Infinite Detailing can do as this is a restoration issue and not a cleaning issue.

8:11 Infinite Detailing does not warrant or guarantee every area of your vehicle is capable of being accessed and serviced. We may not be able to access all areas of your vehicle(s) interior or exterior due to the nature of some spots being too tight for Infinite Detailing to fit any tools in them.

8:12  We do not offer any type of infestation removal, pest control services or rodent control services. If you have any of these issues in and/or on your vehicle(s) or within at least five (5) feet around your vehicle(s), you must call a pest or rodent control expert. Infestations, pests and/or rodents may carry a health and safety concern. Therefore, if we are notified any time after you have made your appointment of any dead or alive pest or rodents in and/or on your vehicle(s) or within at least five (5) feet around your vehicle(s), we will cancel your appointment and charge you according to these Terms and Conditions. (See Section 13, below).

8:13 When it comes to larger vehicles, including but not limited to, recreational vehicles, you understand we will not under any circumstances climb on top of any large vehicle due to the risk of injury.

8:14  Due to each package and add-on having set time limits, Infinite Detailing reserves the right to remove any services from your appointment if you fail to allocate the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. The package and any add-ons associated with your appointment, that you choose, are based upon what can be completed in that certain window of time. Infinite Detailing will exercise best efforts to complete all services listed in your appointment. However, there are some instances where one or more areas of the vehicle(s) require more time than what was originally forecasted. This can include but is not limited to, excessive bugs & tar, heavy stains, dirt heavily rubbed into the plastic, etc.

Section 9 – Job Site Expectations

9:1    Infinite Detailing requires you to ensure the following jobsite expectations are adhered to. If any of the requirements listed in Section 9 ‘Job Site Expectations’ are not met, we will charge you consistent to these Terms and Conditions.

9:2    An ample amount of space to perform our service. All doors of the vehicle must be able to open entirely. The scheduled vehicle is required to be parked in a spacious area in order for Infinite Detailing to perform service.

9:3    Before we arrive to the service location, please make sure to have all vehicles that will be leaving the premises adjusted so that we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to depart.

9:4    A clean and well-kept work environment. In addition to your vehicle, maintaining clean equipment and personal property is an important part of our business. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the service location is hazardous or hinders Infinite Detailing from delivering results that will meet your expectations.

9:5    Permission to be on-premises if you are not the owner. When providing service at apartment complexes, parking garages, or office buildings, please notify the property owner, security, or any other authorities if you believe conflicts may arise. This is not our responsibility and we will respectfully leave the service location if asked to do so.

 9:6 A safe location as well as safe conditions to service your vehicle. If at any point during a service we feel the location is unsafe or unsuitable to work we reserve the right to leave the premises. 

9:7 We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

9:8 We will not tolerate threats from any animals under any circumstances. It is solely your responsibility to make sure no animals are of any threat to us at the appointments service location. It is required for you to make sure all animals are not in our way while servicing your vehicle(s). If any animals do harm us while servicing your vehicle(s), we will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

9:9 If you need to speak to us while working on your vehicle, please make sure to get our attention from a distance. We try to pay attention to our surroundings. For your safety, please keep a safe distance, at least 15 feet away from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards.

9:10  While we do appreciate the interest in our work and the process it takes to transform your vehicle, we do require you to not watch us perform our services.

9:11  You hereby authorize us to turn your vehicle(s) on to gain access to the air conditioner or heater. You herby authorize us to leave the vehicle(s) on for an extended period of time. We shall not be responsible for any loss of fuel and/or loss of vehicle battery life which occurs during this process.

9:12 We respect your time and personal property and we will be polite and courteous at all times. However, Infinite Detailing in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse, deny or not continue with any service if we deem you or your neighbor(s) to be unreasonable and/or violent and charge you according to these Terms and Conditions.

Section 10 – Subscription Plan

10:1 These Terms and Conditions apply in full to Subscription Plan customers. Each Subscription Plan customer will be required to acknowledge and accept a Subscription Plan Agreement.

10:2 The “Subscription Plan” is hereby defined as recurring appointments every week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks. 

10:3 Non-commitment Subscription Plan prices start at $99.99 per visit for a car (4 door sedan, crossover or smaller) and $109.99 per visit for a consumer level mid-size/large truck, SUV, or van. These prices are subject to increase due to condition, size and/or the appointment location.

10:4 Commitment Subscription Plans we offer are 6 and 12 months. Prices for these commitment options start at $69.99 per visit for a car (4 door sedan, crossover or smaller) and $74.99 per visit for a consumer level mid-size/large truck, SUV, or van. These prices are subject to increase due to condition, size and/or the appointment location.

10:5  You can cancel your non-committed Subscription Plan or your committed Subscription Plan in accordance with our cancellation policy.

10:6 You hereby agree to keep a valid method of payment on file for the duration of your Subscription Plan. Your subscription includes enrollment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan, and you hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to charge your payment method on file in accordance with this section. Payment for each Subscription Plan shall be charged for in advance of the next recurring appointment under the selected Subscription Plan. Your next appointment will be automatically submitted when your current appointment is completed or cancelled and shall be paid for the same day it is submitted.

10:7  You hereby agree you will be subject to recurring charges until you cancel through your account manager or notify Infinite Detailing of your full Subscription Plan cancellation.

10:8 If you fail to have your vehicle(s) at the scheduled appointment location for us to detail upon our arrival, for two (2) consecutive appointments, we will stop showing up to all of your future appointments. Your Subscription Plan shall remain active and we will continue to charge you according to these Terms & Conditions until you notify us of your full Subscription Plan cancellation.

10:9 We reserve the right to change our pricing. In the event of a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your subscription according to our cancellation policy, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you. You hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to charge your payment method for these amounts. We will not be able to notify you of any changes in applicable taxes.

10:10 Infinite Detailing reserves the right to cancel your Subscription Plan before the agreed time frame is completed, and charge you according to these Terms and Conditions, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.

Section 11 – Company Vehicles

11:1 These Terms and Conditions apply in full to company vehicles. Company vehicles are hereby defined as any motorized asset owned, leased or managed by a business, government agency or other organization rather than by an individual or family.

11:2 If you require Infinite Detailing to be on call because you don’t know how many company vehicles you will have on site; you will be charged $200.00 per hour for every hour you request us to block off for you. It is your responsibility to communicate to Infinite Detailing what exact time frames you need blocked off; in the event you are unsure of the number of vehicles needing to be detailed. (e.g. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge the above hourly rate, in this provision, and you authorize Infinite Detailing to charge your payment method on file, for the full amount, once you have requested a certain number of hours to be blocked off.

11:3 All personal items removed from the company vehicle(s) by Infinite Detailing will be turned into the manager(s) on site. (See Section 14, below).

11:4 You understand when you schedule an appointment for company vehicles, the appointment is only for the specific company vehicle(s) listed in the appointment details. You may not switch your appointment for employees’ personal vehicles at all. All employees’ personal vehicles shall be paid for separately and shall never be included or added to your appointment.

Section 12 – Photographs, Video & Audio

12:1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes (including, but not limited to, public posting on Infinite Detailing’s website), and waive any and all rights you may have to said photos. Infinite Detailing specifically warrants that it will never sell said photos to any third-party.

12:2  You hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to take pictures, record audio, and video on the premises where the detailing is taking place for the safety of the business.

12:3  You hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to take pictures, record audio and video when it comes to any communications we receive from you. This includes but is not limited to, phone calls, emails, text messages and voice messages. 

Section 13 – Health & Safety

13:1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to notify Infinite Detailing if your vehicle(s) poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety (including, but not limited to, the presence of hazardous materials set forth in Section 3:11, above). You further acknowledge that you will be held solely responsible by Infinite Detailing for any health and/or safety issues arising from in and/or on your vehicle(s) or within at least five (5) feet around your vehicle(s). Proper disclosure must take place on your end (such as including said threats in the notes section of your booking or verbally during the initial booking phone call). Infinite Detailing will not continue with the appointment if any health and/or safety issues are in and/or on your vehicle(s) or within at least five (5) feet around your vehicle(s). Infinite Detailing will be the sole determiner on evaluating the risk of said substances and reserves the right to refuse service and charge you consistently with these Terms and Conditions when Infinite Detailing decides not to continue with the scheduled appointment.

Section 14 – Responsibility of Property

14:1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby warrant to hold Infinite Detailing harmless from any liability to you, any driver or passenger of your vehicle for loss, damage and/or theft to property left in the vehicle(s) either during or after the appointment.

14:2 You understand not to leave any keys at the service location if you cannot be present during or after your appointment. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby warrant to hold Infinite Detailing harmless from liability to you or any driver or passenger of the vehicle for any loss, damage, and/or theft of the vehicle(s) and/or any keys.

14:3 Reimbursement will not be paid by Infinite Detailing for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. However, reasonable reimbursement will be paid by Infinite Detailing for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of its employee’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Infinite Detailing reserves the right to obtain quotes from vendors other than those selected by you, which we may use to determine the amount of reasonable reimbursement to be made in accordance with this provision.

14:4 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you warrant to hold Infinite Detailing harmless from any liability for issues with your vehicle, be they in nature cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, or otherwise which may arise with your vehicle during the performance of Infinite Detailing’s services.

14:5 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby expressly warrant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Detailing, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability, including attorney’s fees, arising out of Infinite Detailing’s mobile services, including without limitation, any property damage which occurs to my property or the property of any neighbor. I acknowledge that the unique mobile nature of Infinite Detailing’s business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

14:6 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby expressly warrant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Detailing, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any service provided or injury, during or after our services have been completed. 

14:7  If any lawsuit should arise out of these Terms and Conditions, you hereby agree that Oklahoma law shall apply to said lawsuit and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed under Oklahoma law.

Section 15 – Other Provisions

15:1 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby authorize Infinite Detailing to store any personal, financial, or other sensitive information you provide to Infinite Detailing and Launch27. Additionally, you hereby acknowledge that said information will be subject to Launch27’s Privacy Policy (https://www.launch27.com/privacy-policy/), which you further acknowledge you have reviewed, understand, and agreed to its terms. You further acknowledge and agree that any disputes related to said Privacy Policy, including any breaches in security or privacy, will be subject to limitations on liability, dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions. (See Section 14, above). We have made some changes to our Terms of Service because of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on May 25th, 2018.   

15:2 Infinite Detailing reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. If an amendment or modification is made, Infinite Detailing will provide notice to you of such and request that you review and agree to the new terms and conditions prior to booking new appointments. If Infinite Detailing fails to provide notice to you of such, these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and shall govern all services rendered by Infinite Detailing to you after this date.

15:3 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions which shall comprise the complete agreement between you and Infinite Detailing.
